In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Booking and Payment Options
- Reservations can be arranged via our website, over the phone, or directly at our Downpatrick office. A deposit might be necessary to confirm your booking. The remaining payment and security deposit are generally required at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT when applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, with secure processing through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or failure to show up may incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities, including racing, rallying, or off-roading. It is prohibited to transport hazardous materials or to sub-let the vehicle to third parties. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should not be used beyond its intended purpose, and passenger or weight limits must not be exceeded. Operating the vehicle outside designated geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Car Hire in Downpatrick will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for your rental in the past year. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
